Dr. Nazeel Faryal is a dedicated physician with a unique blend of expertise in preventive medicine, women’s health, and hormone balance. Her approach is rooted in traditional OB-GYN training and integrative health practices, helping women navigate hormonal changes, fertility issues, and chronic fatigue with compassion and clinical precision.

With foundational OB-GYN training in Pakistan and a Master’s in Public Health from the United States, she bridges modern medical science with holistic, patient-centered care. She is passionate about serving women in underserved regions of Pakistan where awareness of menopause, hormone health, and preventive medicine remains limited.

Dr. Faryal has worked alongside functional medicine experts in New York, gaining hands-on experience with complex cases involving hormone imbalances, gut health, brain fog, fatigue, and fertility support. She has also counseled women on fertility options and egg donor programs.

Her clinical mission is to empower women with knowledge, offer non-invasive and sustainable treatment plans, and change the narrative around women’s health and aging in Pakistan.
